NEW AUTUMN SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE FROM EL SALVADOR

Introducing our Autumn Single Origin – El Salvador

While the El Salvadorian coffee market isn’t the largest, it is certainly one of the best. El Salvador has many growing regions which combine volcanic soil with high altitude and tropical weather systems to create remarkable coffees unlike any others. The area that our autumn Single Origin release hails from, Apaneca Ilamatepec, is one such region.

This coffee is grown at the El Molino de Santa Rita Estate, harvested and then processed for export at a mill known as Las “Cruces” – Rumour has it that Che Guevara hid in this mill during his voyage through Latin America.
